Flexible Manufacturing Process meets High Quality, High Mix PCB Demand

The process engineering team recently doubled in size which not only increases capacity, but also the amount of time engineers spend on each part. So, regardless of turn-around time, each board is process engineered and optimized production and performance.
Once engineered, the board enters a highly controlled and meticulous manufacturing path that is repeatable. Processes like laser direct imaging, via planarization, plating with insoluble anodes, Xact Gemini+, vertical and horizontal metallization, and back drilling all contribute to Calumet’s ability to output high-performance PCBs. And throughout the entire manufacturing path, Calumet tracks up to 260 different attributes per part number.
